Commission Structure:
Seller finds buyer on his own 1st 30 days it is listed = 1% if no other Realtor involved, 4% total if buyer has a Realtor
Sell House = 4 %( Total commission between buyer and seller agents=7%)
Sell House, Buy another house within 60 days= 1% Rebate at 2nd closing based on price of 2nd home.
