We will go through your home room by room, starting with the curb appeal and entry way, evaluating what needs to be done to give your home that show quality. What to pack away, what to keep in the house, what needs to be painted, what needs to be repaired. I take as long as is needed to do a through evaluation.

PLAN A:    Staging of Empty House  : Hire Austin's finest full service Real Estate Consultants to market your house right from the start. Use our Realtors and Stagers to get the most for your money.

PLAN B:    Staging of Empty House  : Charge for delivery of furniture, accessories and to decorate. Price includes first monthly rental.  Monthly charges for decorations and furniture after 30 days. This is usually done when seller already has a Realtor

PLAN C:    Staging of Lived in Home While on the Market to Sell : We will use the home owners furniture and rearrange to give a better flow to the rooms and show the proper function of the room as it was built for. This plan is priced individually and we cannot give a price with out seeing the house.

Consultations: Seller Does the work

We will meet with the seller and go through each room to determine what needs to be done to make the house desirable for a buyer. Usually takes 1 hour. Cost is $300.00.(Please note ; if you are already working with another Keller Williams agent, please have agent call us first. We give a discount to other Keller Williams agents and their clients on consultations)
